Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and JBS ELECTRONICS, INC. for the iPhone app USDC Wallet-Gasfree and for this website. The app is free, with no in-app purchases, and is listed in Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple

If you download the app from the App Store, Apple grants you the licence to the app under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms do not replace that licence. They are the developer's terms for a self-custodial wallet. Apple is not responsible for the app or for these terms.

You hold the keys

This is a self-custodial wallet. The recovery phrase controls the USDC. Anyone with that phrase can move the funds. This app cannot reverse a transfer, freeze funds, or restore a phrase. If you lose the phrase and have no backup, the funds are gone. The developer cannot recover them.

Networks

Sends on mainnet move real USDC. Testnet does not. Version 1.0.0 sends only on the paired test networks. Network fees are paid to the network, not to this app. On Sui, USDC can move without a SUI balance once the amount is at least 0.01 USDC. On Base, the network fee can be paid in USDC. Every other network still needs its own gas token. Check the address and the network. A transfer on the wrong network can be lost.

No custody

This app is not a bank, an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter, or a custodian. It does not hold customer funds. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Version 1.0.0 does not include WalletConnect, token swaps, or buying USDC with a card or a bank.

Not affiliated

This app is not Circle and is not endorsed by Circle. USDC is issued by Circle. Chain names belong to their own projects. This app only holds the keys you create or import.

Who may use it

The app is not directed at children under 13. You must be allowed to use a self-custodial wallet where you live. You are responsible for complying with tax and sanctions rules that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to hide or move the proceeds of crime, or to interfere with the app or with a network. Do not present the app as an official Circle product.

Availability

Balances and fees depend on the endpoints you leave on and on third-party networks. Those services can fail, delay, or return bad data. The developer does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular fee.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, JBS ELECTRONICS, INC. is not liable for lost funds, a lost phrase, a wrong address, a wrong network, a failed endpoint, or a chain failure. The app is free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE_WITH_STATE_OF_INCORPORATION, aside from rules that would send the dispute somewhere else. That choice does not remove non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
